Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team at info@highendlights.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and email them to us within 48 hours of delivery. This will help us file a claim and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
